How It All Unraveled

This is the story of how I uncovered one of the most sophisticated corporate fraud networks in modern history. It started with a single missing paycheck. It led to over 100 shell companies. And it exposed a billion-dollar system involving Sanofi, Deepak Chopra, Ashraf Boutros, hidden trusts, and payroll run through dissolved ghost entities — all operating inside Costco stores under the public brand of health and wellness.

This is not a theory. This is documented fact.

The Moment Everything Changed

On October 23 2024, my sister, Tanae’a Marie Hollingsworth, passed away after being ignored by the healthcare system. She was only 28. She went into the hospital with symptoms that should have triggered full-scale treatment. Instead, they dismissed her. She had a failing kidney. A failing liver. But they blamed her. They pushed her aside. And within 48 hours, she was gone.

That’s the moment everything in my life changed.

I was working a side job at the time through a vendor called “Direct Demo”, inside Costco. The legal entity behind my paychecks was DRVM LLC — supposedly my “employer.” I was grieving my sister. Trying to support my mom. Trying to keep my girlfriend safe. Then DRVM fired me for bringing her to work. That wasn’t even the issue. The real problem started when they refused to pay my final paycheck.

That refusal forced me to look closer. And what I found opened up a case bigger than I ever could’ve imagined.

What I Found

When I dug into the company that fired me, I found out DRVM LLC was dissolved. The entire time they were:

• Hiring workers

• Sending W-2 tax forms

• Making us sign arbitration agreements

• Operating under a Costco vendor badge

They were already legally dead in the state of Oregon. But still acting like nothing happened.

Then I noticed something stranger — the name AMJ Services on emails and packages sent to my home. A different shell. Then DRC Demo. Another shell. All different companies. Different names. But the same address. The same executives. The same payroll flow. I tracked the mail drops, the licensing records, and the ADP filings, and they all pointed back to one place:

411 E Bonneville Ave, Las Vegas, NV — a virtual mailbox tied to over 100 shell entities. The address on my paycheck. The paycheck that came from a fake “dissolved “ company. So, which “real” company was the money coming from?

The Executive Network

These companies weren’t separate. They were part of a deliberate system of obfuscation. The same names kept appearing:

Ashraf “Peter” Boutros – co-founder of Qunol, former executive of Zena Nutrition

Maged “Mike” Boutros – filed dozens of LLCs tied to DRVM and AMJ Services

Deepak Chopra – the public wellness icon — is listed on multiple Nevada filings, including entities like:

• TLD IP LLC

• KD Trans LLC

• DC-DM Stewardship Inc

Poonacha Machaiah, Chopra’s CEO and business partner, shows up in entity ownership records

Some of the LLCs are named after Deepak Chopra’s real-life family members. Others are traced through his former or current executives. The filings are real. They’re public. They’re notarized.

This network is not speculation. It is documented across multiple exhibits:

Why Sanofi Is Liable

Sanofi is the multinational pharmaceutical giant that owns Chattem Inc. and Quten Research Institute, both of which sit at the top of this fraud chain.

DRVM wasn’t a real employer. It was a downstream ghost shell, with no active license, used to obscure payroll and force arbitration. Sanofi stayed off the paperwork. But the ownership trail is clear:

• Sanofi → owns Chattem

• anofi → controls Quten

• Quten/Chattem → oversees the Costco vendors

• Vendors → funnel payroll through DRVM, AMJ, DRC, etc.

That’s how Sanofi avoided responsibility. That’s how they violated IRS law, labor law, and civil procedure — by laundering employer identity through a web of shells. That’s also how they silenced workers, avoided taxes, and stayed off the radar.

What Makes It Illegal

Let’s be specific. This is not just shady — it’s criminal under U.S. law:

1. Misclassification of Workers – Staff were treated as contractors or assigned to shells despite being managed by Sanofi’s upstream corporate network.

2. Payroll Through Dissolved Companies – You can’t issue W-2s or enforce arbitration from an entity that has no legal standing. It’s void.

3. Corporate Concealment – Entities denied each other in filings despite shared officers, addresses, and trusts. That’s material misrepresentation.

4. Wage Theft and Retaliation – They withheld my wages when I pushed back, in clear violation of Oregon law and NLRA protections.

5. SEC and Shareholder Fraud – Sanofi is publicly traded. They failed to disclose material risks in their labor structure. That puts them in violation of multiple SEC transparency rules.

What People Told Me

Here’s what I heard from people — lawyers, HR reps, trolls, even “friends”:

“Shell companies are legal. You’re wasting your time.”

“No one’s going to care. Get over it.”

“You’re a felon. You can’t do anything about this.”

“You’re not a lawyer. You can’t represent yourself.”

“A dissolved company can still pay you.”

“This is above your level.”

“You should be in jail for trying to file your own motions.”

“You’re mentally ill.”

“You’re dumb for trying to go public.”

“They’re doctors and CEOs — you’re nothing.”

They expected me to fold. They wanted me to feel stupid, broken, and small.

But I didn’t fold.

What I Did Instead

I taught myself case law. I studied federal code. I read IRS statutes, labor laws, arbitration rules. I researched fraud cases like Enron, Theranos, and Purdue Pharma — and I realized this case contains pieces of every one.

I used AI to process filings, cross-reference ownership, and spot legal vulnerabilities. I submitted formal whistleblower reports to the IRS. And I filed a $15 billion arbitration claim that’s still live today, backed by:

• Payroll records

• Entity filings

• Legal exhibits

• IRS claim numbers

I’m not guessing. I have the receipts.

Why This Isn’t About Left or Right

Don’t get distracted by the political theater.

This case is not Democrat versus Republican — it’s top versus bottom. The truth is, this country was created by wealthy landowners to serve themselves. The Constitution wasn’t written for all of us — it was written to protect their property, their power, and their rules. Corporations shaped the United States into what it is today and sold us the illusion of freedom. We were never meant to be divided… because we were never truly included.

Both sides built the system that allowed this. Both parties wrote laws that let Sanofi shield itself behind shells. Both sides have always benefited. This started with Elf Aquitaine, the French state oil company that became Sanofi — a company born out of corruption, rebranded as “medicine.”

Sanofi is protected not just by governments, but by asset managers like BlackRock and Vanguard, who sit on every board and control the stock of every pharmaceutical and media empire. That’s why this hasn’t gone viral. That’s why no U.S. outlet will cover it.

The suppression is real. And it’s coordinated.

Why This Matters to You

This isn’t just about me or my sister. I would not be putting my life on the line for just myself. I’m putting my life on the line for us to finally have the truth.

It’s about:

The doctors who say they care — while collecting checks from the companies killing people.

The attorneys who say they protect justice — while burying evidence behind shell contracts.

The politicians who say they serve the people — but helped build this system to serve capital.

They have trusts. We have debt.

They have legal teams. We get arbitration.

They funnel money offshore. We get our wages stolen.

They have media PR firms. We get silence.

The same people in suits who say they’re saving us… are the ones destroying us.

This Was Never Supposed to Be Seen

I’m a nobody — to them. A former juvenile. A warehouse worker. A Costco vendor.

But I’ve built this case from the ground up. I’ve made it public. I’ve proven the fraud. And I won’t stop until the truth is known by everyone.

This page exists because you weren’t supposed to see any of it.
