Whistleblower Confirmations & GRSM Withdrawal - April 28th, 2025

Share

April 28, 2025. Just three days after DRVM’s secret reactivation, two events happened that confirmed everything I suspected… and escalated the case to a national level.

1. IRS Whistleblower Confirmations

On this day, I received formal notice from the IRS Whistleblower Office. Not one, not two, three separate claim numbers were assigned:

  • Sanofi
  • Chattem Inc
  • Quten Research Institute (Qunol)

Let’s be clear: these aren’t just intake acknowledgments. These are official case numbers assigned to entities at the center of this arbitration. And these numbers are not handed out lightly.

I had submitted over 100 exhibits of evidence, exposing the fraudulent structure tying together DRVM, AMJ, Quten, Chattem, Sanofi, Deepak Chopra, and the Boutros family, a scheme involving concealed ownership, fake payroll entities, and a billion-dollar corporate firewall.

The IRS didn’t ask for more information. They didn’t delay. They issued numbers. That speaks volumes.

2. GRSM Withdraws Without Clarification

On that very same day, just hours after the IRS confirmations, Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani (GRSM) officially withdrew from the case.

No replacement counsel.

No clarification of which parties they were truly representing.

No explanation for why they entered in the first place, or why they were now exiting.

Let’s remember: GRSM originally appeared on behalf of DRVM LLC. But as the case progressed and I named more parties, GRSM tried to step back and only acknowledge their involvement with one shell, the same one that had just been reactivated mid-case.

Then they were gone.

Their exit leaves a massive hole in the record. For a law firm of their size and stature to enter a $15 billion case and then suddenly leave, without addressing the collapsing representation structure, is unprecedented. It suggests they saw something coming, or someone told them to disappear before things got worse.

Together, these two events confirmed the core themes of this case:

  • The fraud was real.
  • The structure was coordinated.
  • And the cover-up had begun to crack.
